Winter precautions-Ayurveda

•In Ayurveda early winter is called as Hemant Ritu.
•This time is very good for digestion and immunity become stronger than other season.
•In this season people eat heavy diet like butter,ghee, all kinds of dry fruits and many more. All food items digest easily in the season.
•Body needs change according to external environment.
•In winter season use body lotion and apply oil on whole body for healthy skin.
•Oil massage in winter smoother your body and good for blood circulation.



•According to Ayurveda, don't take sleep in day time in winter season ,because kapha dosa become aggrevated.
•According to Ayurveda winter season is also called as kapha season.
•In winter season eat Chyavanprash daily with hot milk, it is very helpful in boosting immunity. •Chyavanprash provides immunity and prevent from illness gold and protect your family.
•In winter season, use of leaves of ashwagandha prevent from viral infection, cough and cold.
•In winter season rash occurs when the skin losses to much moisture during winter season so need to apply body lotion and drinks water.
•In winter season cold, dry air and body heating can suck the water and oil from the skin.

•Treat winter rashes

1.Apply lotion
2.Use petroleum jelly
3.Massage body with coconut and mustard oil
4.Use natural soap for bathing
